Date

Any woman with a cervix is at risk of getting cervical cancer.

Women who have undergone surgery to remove their uterus and cervix (total hysterectomy) cannot get this cancer.

Cervical cancer is often treatable if caught early. This is why regular pap smears, every 3 years is recommended for women who are sexually active and above the age of 21.
